My name is Dan Kisling and I’m going into my second year at Lehigh University for Electrical Engineering.  Electronics have been a passion of mine since freshman year of high school, and taking things apart and trying to find out how they work has been a passion of mine since I was able to work a screwdriver.

My high school lacked any quality classes in electronics or programming, so I am largely self taught, and I owe a lot to my mentor and friend Dave Egolf. Him and I, and a third friend, Patty, have worked together in my basement in what we call “The Hackerspace” a room that we filled with electronic components we got from a retireing electrical engineer and other sources. We work mainly with arduinos and I recently have started to mess around with the RasPi. I don’t know much, but I have a passion for the subject and love tinkering.

If you have advice, or see something you think could have been done better, please let me know. I would love some constructive criticism and help. If you have questions, feel free to ask! I would love to help out if I can!
